About Our Landscaping Work in Leesburg
We are a landscaping company that remembers the job site is your home. That means planned equipment paths, covered walkways and a full cleanup at the end of every work day, so the finished yard is the only thing we leave behind.
How We Approach a Job
Most of our work happens a few feet from your front door, your windows and your driveway. We plan around that from the first visit. Before any equipment arrives, we walk the property with you and note where the sprinkler heads sit, which beds you want left alone and where a truck can park without rutting the lawn.
Materials matter to us as much as the finish. Sandy soil drains fast and loses nutrients just as quickly, so we choose plants, sod and mulch that suit it. Edging and pavers go down on a properly compacted base, which keeps them level and in place after heavy summer rain.
We keep the plan clear and written down. You know what we are doing, which day we are doing it and what the yard should look like when we pack up. If we uncover something that changes the scope, such as a buried root or a cracked irrigation line, we show you before going any further.
What You Can Expect on Your Property
Protection before we start
We lay mats or boards over turf where equipment has to cross, and tarps along driveways and walks wherever soil, mulch or stone gets staged. During trimming and grinding, we position the work so debris falls where we can collect it.
Cleanup every day, not just the last day
Multi-day projects end each afternoon with clippings raked, walks blown clear and tools put away. You should be able to pull into your driveway and reach the door without stepping around our work.
Honest answers on scope
If a tired bed only needs fresh mulch and a clean edge, we say so instead of selling you a redesign. When replacing something is the better value, we explain why and put it in writing.
Debris hauled off, not hidden
Branches, grindings, old sod and bamboo roots leave with us. Nothing gets pushed behind the shed or left at the curb.
