Property Cleanup in Leesburg

If brush, vines and fallen limbs have outpaced your weekends, we take the whole property back in one organized job. We cut back overgrowth, pull vines and haul every load away, then rake the lawn and blow off the walks so your home looks cared for again.

One Visit to Bring an Overgrown Yard Back

This is a larger, one-time job than routine upkeep. It fits a yard that has sat untouched for a season, a home you just bought, a rental between tenants, or a lot where limbs and brush have slowly gathered along the fence. During Central Florida's summer rains, missing a few weeks is enough to turn tidy beds into a tangle.

We work through the property in a set order: walkways and the house perimeter first, then beds, lawn edges and the back corners. Everything we cut or pull leaves with us. You are left with clear sightlines, a lawn you can mow and beds you can actually see, without a single pile at the curb.

What the Work Covers

  1. 01

    Overgrowth cut back

We trim shrubs off windows, siding and walkways and reduce hedges that have lost their shape. Cuts are made to encourage healthy regrowth, not just to remove bulk.

  2. 02

    Vine and weed removal

Vines climbing fences, trees and the side of your home are pulled at the root where we can reach it. Weedy beds are cleared by hand around plants worth keeping.

  3. 03

    Debris and brush hauling

Fallen limbs, old brush piles, leaf buildup and yard waste are loaded and taken off the property. Nothing is left stacked by the road for you to deal with later.

  4. 04

    Bed and edge restoration

We redefine bed lines and edge along walks and the driveway so the shape of the yard returns. If you want fresh cover afterward, our mulch and beds service can follow right on.

  5. 05

    Final rake and blow-off

Before we leave, we rake the lawn, blow off hard surfaces and check the walls and windows near the work area. The last pass is part of the job, not an extra.

Signs Your Yard Needs More Than Mowing

  • Shrubs touching the house

Branches pressed against siding, screens or the roofline hold moisture and give insects an easy path inside. They also scrape paint in every breeze.

  • Vines taking over

Vines wrapping fences, tree trunks or downspouts grow quickly in warm, wet months. The longer they stay, the more they choke what they climb.

  • Piles you keep walking past

Stacks of limbs, palm fronds or old clippings attract pests and kill the grass underneath. If a pile has been there more than a season, it is time.

  • Beds you cannot find

When lawn, weeds and bed plants have merged into one green mass, regular mowing cannot fix it. The yard needs a reset before upkeep makes sense.

  • A move, a sale or a new tenant

Buyers and renters notice the yard first. A thorough clearing before photos or a showing makes your home read as well kept.

How the Work Day Runs

  1. 1

    On-site walkthrough

We walk the property with you, note what stays and what goes, and flag anything fragile like low lighting, irrigation heads or plants you love. You get a free estimate based on what we actually saw.

  2. 2

    Protecting your home

Before cutting starts, we mark sprinkler heads, move outdoor furniture clear and keep debris away from windows, screens and vehicles. Tarps go down where loading would otherwise scuff the lawn or driveway.

  3. 3

    Cutting, pulling and loading

The crew works one area at a time and loads as it goes, so the property never becomes one large mess. On jobs that run more than a day, we tidy each evening and leave walkways open.

  4. 4

    Final walk together

When the hauling is done, we rake, blow and walk the property with you. If something was missed, we take care of it while we are still there.

What Shapes the Price

We price each job only after seeing it, because two yards of the same size can take very different effort. Your estimate breaks the work down area by area so you know exactly what is included. If a bigger clearing is easier to pay for over time, we can finance amounts as high as $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty for paying the balance off early.

Volume of material
The amount of brush, limbs and debris to haul is often the biggest factor. More loads mean more time and more disposal.
Density of growth
Thick, woody overgrowth and established vines take longer to cut and pull than light weeds. Roots that need digging add time.
Access to the work
Narrow side yards, fenced backyards and slopes slow loading. Clear access for a trailer keeps the job moving.
Add-on work
Some yards need tree trimming, stump grinding or fresh mulch to finish the picture. We price those separately so you can choose.

Questions About Clearing an Overgrown Yard

How is property cleanup different from seasonal cleanup?

Our seasonal service is routine care at set points in the year for a yard that is already in fair shape. Property work like this is the heavier, single job that brings back a yard that has turned overgrown or cluttered. Plenty of customers start here, then switch to seasonal visits or regular lawn care to hold the result.

Do you haul everything away?

Yes. Cut brush, pulled vines, limbs, leaves and general yard debris leave with us. We do not leave piles at the curb for city pickup. If there is non-yard material such as old furniture, mention it during the walkthrough so we can tell you plainly what we can take.

Will you damage my plants or sprinklers?

We mark irrigation heads, low lighting and any plants you want kept before work starts, and we cut by hand near them. Our crew works carefully around the house itself. We are fully insured, which matters on any job with cutting tools near your home.

Can you handle large trees during the same visit?

Light limb work and clearing low branches is part of the job. Larger trees, palms and stumps are handled through our tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, and stump grinding services. We can schedule them together so it is one visit for you.

Who will be working on my property?

Landscaping Leesburg is a business-licensed local company that has been in business since 2018. We work across Leesburg and nearby towns including Tavares, Fruitland Park and The Villages.
