Lawn Care in Leesburg
We mow, edge, feed and watch over your lawn on a steady schedule, at the height your grass actually needs. Every visit ends the same way: clippings blown off the driveway, walks and patio, gates latched, and your home looking cared for rather than worked on.

Steady care for the grass in front of your home
A good lawn here is less about one big fix and more about small things done correctly, week after week. St. Augustine wants to be cut tall, around three and a half to four inches, so it shades out weeds and holds moisture in sandy soil. Bahia tolerates a lower cut but throws seed heads all summer. Zoysia needs a sharp blade and patience. We set our mowers for the grass you have, not one setting for every yard on the route.
Lawn care is the right call when you want the yard handled reliably without thinking about it, or when a lawn has started to thin and you want someone watching it closely. If large areas are already dead, we will tell you plainly that sod installation may serve you better than another season of treatments. And if the beds around the lawn need attention too, our mulch and beds service can be folded into the same visits.

What a lawn care visit includes
- 01
Mowing at the correct height
Blades are sharpened on a regular schedule so the grass is cut cleanly instead of torn. Torn tips brown out and invite fungus. We also vary the mowing pattern to avoid ruts and grain.
- 02
Edging and string trimming
Hard edges along the driveway, walks and curb are cut with a steel blade edger. Around beds, fences and trees we trim by hand, keeping the line off tree bark and irrigation heads.
- 03
Cleanup before we leave
Clippings are blown off every hard surface and back onto the lawn, never into the street or storm drain. We check that gates are closed and nothing has been left behind.
- 04
Feeding and weed control
We plan fertilizer and weed treatments around the season and local fertilizer rules, using products suited to your grass type. Dollarweed, sedge and crabgrass are treated selectively rather than blanket sprayed.
- 05
An eye on pests and disease
Chinch bugs, brown patch and large patch can move quickly in warm, wet months. We note what we see on each visit and tell you before a small spot becomes a large one.
Questions about Lawn Care?
Call(407) 594-7966Signs your lawn needs regular care
Yellow or straw-colored patches
Irregular dry patches in sunny spots, often near the driveway, are a common sign of chinch bugs in St. Augustine. Catching them early keeps the damage small.
Weeds filling in the thin spots
Dollarweed and sedge move in wherever turf is weak or overwatered. They usually point to a mowing height or watering problem worth correcting.
Scalped or uneven cuts
Brown stripes after mowing mean the deck is set too low or the ground is uneven. Repeated scalping weakens the roots.
Ragged, browning tips
If the grass looks gray or frayed a day after mowing, the blades are dull.
Overgrown edges and creeping runners
St. Augustine runners will climb over curbs and into beds within a few weeks in summer. Regular edging keeps the lines crisp and the beds clear.
How we start and how a visit runs
- 1
A walkthrough of your yard
We walk the lawn with you, identify the grass type, look at soil, shade and drainage, and note any pest or weed pressure. The walkthrough and estimate are free.
- 2
A clear written plan
You get a plain estimate showing visit frequency and what each visit includes, plus any feeding or treatment schedule. Nothing is added later without your say.
- 3
Regular visits on a set day
Our crew arrives on your scheduled day, works around parked cars, pets and children's toys, and keeps equipment off beds and fresh plantings.
- 4
A tidy finish and a short note
Before leaving, we blow every surface clean and walk the property once more. If we spotted something worth your attention, such as a broken sprinkler head or a pest spot, we let you know.
What shapes the cost of lawn care
Lawn care is priced per visit or on a seasonal plan, based on what your yard actually needs. We give you the number after seeing the property, so there are no surprises later. If you pair lawn care with a bigger project, you can spread the cost: we finance amounts up to $100,000, repaid over anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and paying it off early never costs you a penalty.
- Lawn size and layout
- Open, rectangular lawns mow faster than yards broken up by beds, trees and narrow side strips that need a smaller mower and more trimming.
- Visit frequency
- Growing season usually calls for weekly mowing. Cooler months often need less, and the plan adjusts with the season.
- Feeding and treatments
- Adding fertilizer, weed control or pest treatments changes the plan depending on grass type and current condition.
- Starting condition
- An overgrown or weedy lawn takes extra work on the first visits to bring back to a clean baseline.
Lawn care questions
How often will you mow my lawn?
During the warm months most lawns here need weekly mowing to avoid cutting off too much at once. In the cooler, slower months we usually stretch visits out. We set the schedule during the walkthrough and adjust as growth changes.
Do you bag the clippings?
Usually not. Fine clippings left on the lawn break down quickly and return nutrients to the soil. We do blow them off the driveway, walks and patio, and we bag when clumps would smother the grass after heavy growth.
Will you damage my sprinklers or landscape lighting?
We trim carefully around sprinkler heads and fixtures and learn where they sit on your property. If a head is broken or misaligned, we point it out, and our irrigation service can repair or adjust the system.
Can you fix brown spots in my St. Augustine?
Often, yes. We first find the cause, whether chinch bugs, fungus, dry spots from irrigation coverage or mowing too low, then treat that cause. If the turf is fully dead, we will say so and talk through replacing it with new sod.
What happens if something gets damaged while you are working?
We work carefully, but mowers do occasionally throw a stone. Our company is business licensed and fully insured, so a real accident is covered rather than left for you to sort out. We have been caring for lawns around here since 2018, and we tell you right away if anything happens during a visit.
